Credit card purchase security statement

The confidentiality of your information is protected and secured by using SSL encryption. Pages for web payment are secured by using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol with 128-bit data encryption. SSL encryption is a data coding procedure for the prevention of unauthorized access during data transfer.

This enables secure data transfer and prevents unauthorized data access during communications between the user and the Monri WebPay Payment Gateway, and vice versa.

The Monri WebPay Payment Gateway and financial institutions exchange data by using their virtual private network (VPN) which is also protected from unauthorized access.

Monri Payments is a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment service provider.
Credit card numbers are not stored by the Merchant and are not available to unauthorized personnel.

Terms of Service

These conditions outline the procedures for ordering, paying, delivering and complaining about the products offered on these pages. The web site ex-yurock.com may be used for your private use without any usage fees, subject to the following terms and conditions.

For the purposes of the web site and this online payment system, the “seller” is the Ex-Yu Rock Society, which is registered as a non-profit association in Bosnia and Herzegovina. All funds raised through membership or visiting the Ex-Yu Rock Centar in Sarajevo are used to promote the goals of the Ex-Yu Rock Society.

The “buyer” is any visitor to the ex-yurock.com web site who fills out an electronic order, sends it to the seller, and makes a payment via credit card or bank payment.

ORDERING

The “product” being “sold” on this web site is membership as a fan of the Ex-Yu Rock Centar. There are 4 options for individual membership as detailed in Bosnian here and in English here.

The “buyer” orders the product or products via the electronic order form.

Any person who electronically orders at least one product, fills in the required information and submits the order is considered a buyer. All prices are expressed in convertible marks (KM) and represents the full and total price.

The goods are ordered electronically, by clicking on a specific product and saving it in the shopping cart.

The goods are considered ordered when the buyer selects and confirms the payment method. The buyer will receive a confirmation of the purchase both on the web page upon confirming payment, and via email.

ONLINE CARD PAYMENT ON THE WEB SHOP

Products purchased through this web page are paid online with one of the following credit cards: Mastercard, Maestro or Visa.

PAYMENTS VIA BANK TRANSFER/FORM

Buyers who opt to pay via bank transfer or through payment in BiH with a form including all of the relevant payment information understand that associated bank fees may apply.

DELIVERY AND DELIVERY OPTIONS

Upon placing an order (online or through bank transfer), the Ex-Yu Rock Society will reach out to the buyer to confirm the optimal delivery/pick-up option. The options follow:

1. Fan membership package pick-up at the Ex-Yu Rock Centar: This option is likely ideal for individuals physically present in or around Sarajevo.
2. BiH domestic delivery: This option is aimed at people who are not able to come to pick-up the package.
3. International delivery options: This option is aimed at fans from outside BiH. Delivery times could vary; the EYRS will be in close touch to ensure reliable and cost-effective delivery.

All packages will be carefully prepared prior to delivery to ensure minimal scope for damage during regular shipping and handling. If upon receiving the package via mail the buyer observes that the packages has been substantially damaged, this should be reported to the delivery person immediately. The seller waives all responsibility for damage that may occur during delivery. If upon opening the package the buyer notices a mistaken in the contents, am email should be sent to info@ex-yurock.com immediately describing the situation.

If the buyer does not receive the goods via mail delivery, the buyer has the right to notify the seller at info@ex-yurock.com so that actions can be taken to find the shipment or to send a replacement.

Gold and Platinum members are entitled to two free tickets for each public event. Gold and Platinum members will be added to a special mailing list that will be used to announce events.  Gold/platinum members will show their card at the entrance pick up their tickets at the Ex-Yu Rock Centar in advance of the to attend the event.

COPYRIGHT PROTECTION

The publisher of the fan membership packages is the Ex-Yu Rock Society, which holds all rights to the EYRS logo and associated materials. The buyer undertakes not to replicate or reproduce the package or any part of the package without the explicit authorization of the EYRS. Inquiries should be sent to info@ex-yurock.com.

IN GENERAL

EX-YU ROCK reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted at www.ex-yurock.com. The buyer is responsible for understanding the purchase terms on the date a purchase is made. The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the data entered during the purchase.

The Ex-Yu Rock Society is not responsible for telephone costs, Internet traffic or any other costs that may arise when using the site.

Although the Ex-Yu Rock Society strives to provide the best possible online service experience, the EYRS cannot guarantee that your experience on the web site www.ex-yurock.com will meet your expectations.
